Fairly clean place, well-appointed rooms, courteous staff. The rooms with weights, coffee plus attractive carpeting everywhere including hallways. Good choice of options for free and tasty breakfast. Helpful service and great and unbeatable location very close to a friendly live music and dining establishment, literally 50 steps away. Fairly nice stay, as always...
